News 3/12/02: After the September 11th terrorist attacks, Dre was rumored to be recording anti-Osama bin Laden songs. The subject first arose on CNN when Dr.Dre was featured. Representatives from Dr.Dre's label Interscope have maintained that Dre never intended to release any songs attackig the lead suspect in the September 11 attacks. Dr. Dre said that he has not recorded any songs about bin Laden. "We were in the studio clowning,and we put some lyrics together, and I'm actually glad I didn't put them on the mic cause somehow the tape would have got out. But it was us just wilding out," he said. "Letting off some aggression."
